Business English Teacher Training (BETT) prepares you to teach English for professional purposes. Your learners might be senior students getting ready for work, job seekers, or employees in IT, BPO, hospitality, sales and healthcare who need to speak and write confidently at work. The course uses Communicative Language Teaching, so learners practise real workplace tasks.
APTTI's Business English Teacher Training (BETT) is a 60-hour, 5-module online certificate (4 months) that prepares you to teach English for the workplace. It covers needs analysis, meetings, presentations, emails and interview skills through Communicative Language Teaching. Each module is assessed by multiple-choice questions or assignments, and the certificate is notarised in Canada.

Study and assessment
Online, self-paced, with tutor support. Each module is assessed by multiple-choice questions or assignments. Tutor support is available by Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, phone and email.
Your certificate
- Certificates are issued by AP Teacher Training Institute (APTTI), a sister concern of International TEFL Canada.
- Certificates are notarised in Canada.
- The physical certificate and grade sheet are posted to you within 30 to 90 days of finishing the course.

Scope of this qualification
This is a professional English-teaching qualification. Employers decide which certificates they accept, and it does not replace the B.Ed or D.El.Ed and TET/CTET needed for government school posts in India. We do not promise jobs, salaries or visas.
